It depends on how tall you are and what weight are you at now through diet and exercise your body will find a weight that its balanced at Example say you go down to 160lbs and if thats the weight your body is fit for then it really shouldnt go below that. Unless you were to lose all the muscle you gained and in that process didnt gain any fat then you could drop more weight but once your body hits that "fit weight" if you want to call it that then from their you can either maintain it or gradually gain weight but as muscle not as fat. But for now tell your height and current weight.
