My question is why do bodybuilders focus on cardio? Running on a treadmill does get your heart rate up, but I've seen many go on it for like 30 mins.. Does cardio really give you that much muscle?
Any bb who does it the right way will tell you it's all about the diet not cardio. Don't get me wrong, we do cardio in our plans...but we don't have to kill ourselves with it...because we've given ourselves enough time to diet right.

Well he says he's 15yo so I'm assuming it is him. Looks like he just needs to eat as much healthy food as he can and hit the weights.

Agreed, it is much easier (and pretty much the only way) to lower body fat to competition levels through diet. Cardio really only needs to play a role in as much as it is just plain good for you. I won't go much further than that because I believe it is that simple.
