Question Recovery

Started working out for the first time ever(29yrs old). Real green in this world of weights. I lift 3 times a week with the goal of increasing my strength and perhaps some size along the way. But I ran into my first road-block. I'M TIRED! My body is worn out. Mondays/Fridays upper body, only Thursday for the lower body. I just cant seem to recover quick enough for the next go around. I'm sure this is where the supplements come in. Some advice please.

Comes down to dieting. Try and take in 50 grams of carbs and some protein before you go to the gym. It's the fuel you need to push through working out. I also take in a caffeine pill (200 mg) before I hit the weights as well.

I'm sure your diet is out of whack. Tell us what you eat and give us your stats and will advise.
