Default Reps

I've read that higher reps and lower weight is actually the best to cut and that less reps and lower weight isn't actually how to bulk. What are good ranges of reps for both bulking and cutting?

bulking and cutting are more of a dietary concern than some sweet spot rep range thing. if you're working a good training program your caloric intake will determine weather you bulk, cut or just stay the same.
