Reps and sets
I was wondering if there was specifics to reps and set to get a certain body tone?
I have been trying to put on weight for a while now and was wondering if my reps and sets had anything to do with it. I would like to put on as much muscle as possibly before next Sept.
This is what I am currently doing......
4 exercises per day
4 sets
10, 8, 6, 4, reps

Deadlift - 405X1
Squat - 325X1
Bench - 225X1
Golf Tee - Anyone who can bench more than they can squat and/or deadlift.
