hmm...

is it alright....?

hmmm....

well, this is what i'd like to say, and its from the bottom of my heart:

"Try it. if it works = GREAT , if not, go home - dig up another routine and start off again..."

hope this has been useful...

OVT is all 5x5. And the only way to try this routine is to go balls deep into it, a few weeks won't tell anything.

I think you should have the exercise that behaves most like a compound movement as the first exercise. So maybe...

Thursday - Anterior/Medial Deltoid and Posterior Deltoid
C1. Cable Row To Neck
C2. Standing Military Press
I think you should switch these around to this:
C1. Standing Military Press
C2. Cable Row To Neck

And switch
Tuesday - Biceps and Triceps
D1. Triceps Extension
D2. Cable Pressdown
To:
D1. Cable Pressdown
D2. Triceps Extension

I also don't like the two deadlifts...
Sunday - Legs and Abs
C1. Sumo Deadlift
C2. Romanian Deadlift

OVT is all supersets, so I don't see a huge benefit to doing 2 types of deadlifts as a superset. Keep in mind too, that there is a tempo during the second exercises. IMO it would also be easier to keep the tempo with Triceps extensions and Cable Row to Neck instead of trying to keep tempo with Cable pressdown and Standing Military. Especially when its near the end of the workout.

As for Romanian and Sumo... the only difference as far as technique is feet spacing, hand spacing and ROM. Sumo is wider hand spacing, wider feet spacing, and shorter ROM, so you should be able to lift more with a sumo stance.

When I do my legs/abs day, my legs shake on the way down during deadlifts.
Maybe you aren't bending your legs enough when you do them? I can't say for sure unless I see you do it.

Other than those few things, I think you have a great routine set up.

Have you ever done 5x5? Definately one of my favorites. Plus it'll really increase your strength [which is what you're now after]. That's how I got my sig stats. I never maxed out or taken anything other than creatine/protein...Ever. (X factor now) If you don't understand why, then read through the post of the guy who made it....Yes, he's got enough qualifications to share the throne with Waterbury: (same website as him as well!!)
