hrdgain81, you mean as in lying over the interent to impress people? If so,. Its not like anyone (at least here) is going to look down on you and call you a sissy because you have a hard time putting on muscle and making stength improvements.

I'll be honest, I have no idea if those are true numbers or not. but benching 100lbs over your body wieght at 16yo is well not so believable IMO.

Actually, that number would make him an american record holder, here is the current champs numbers

All the numbers are pretty amazing. 30 pound dumbell raises? That's about 50 pounds. That might be a record too. Too bad they don't have contests for that.

You know, none of this stuff is just an opinion we've developed. It's a general response to training type thing. Here you are in there with the worlds most advanced benchers and probably other stuff too. But you're the only one of them in the world who can work out like you do.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I call bullshit. 5'11" 160lbs benching 195 for 3x12 every 3 days Honestly, 5'11" 160lbs is skinny...and to say that you gain weight like crazy when lifting, especially given the diet that you posted and the fact that you havent ballooned to 180lbs, and even the numbers you say you're putting up makes this seem a little far fetched to me.
