Reverse Grip Bench
After reading 0311's article on how to bench press I decided I would give reverse grip bench a shot. It feels a little weird setting up but I like it. The article said it would give more of a workout to the triceps which I felt. I may consider adding this into my benching routine just to mix it up a little. Question is will doing the reverse grip still give a good workout for my chest compared to the usual regular grip? Any other opinions on this method?

Reverse grip is a triceps exercise, not to be substituted for any chest workout. There is that extra benefit of indirectly working your chest though, same as close grip. I did this when I was doing DC training. When you decide to work your triceps, I've found it one of the best. To make things easier, I usually do it on the smith machine because it has a set path of motion. This way I can use a lot more weight without worrying that the bar will drift too far forward.
