Default This roll of fat will not dissolve!

Hey guys, I've been on rippletoe's starting strength for a while now and let me tell you it's been going great, I'm skinny all over and have like no fat anywhere except for this roll on my belly, when I sit down it's really gross and I can feel my six pack underneath it. I'm 6"3 182 lbs. I've been eating a lot and doing squats / deadlifts / bench / deadlifts / rows / presses 3x a week. But... it's been about two or so months and this roll of fat has not DIED! It isn't getting smaller or bigger it just EXISTS... oh how I hate it :P. Any tips? Cardio maybe? I don't want to lose muscle, I just want to have tonality on my stomach.. not this flab. It's the only area I have fat on too =|. Haha thanks, don't be afraid to tell me what I need to do I'm really open to suggestions.. like you guys I want that summer six pack :P.

As much as I hate cardio it will help especially with a controlled diet. Good luck.

Just bulk up for a while. As you build up your core it will disperse the fat more. Plus then when you go to diet hard it will be that much more easy to lose that.

Unfortunately you cannot spot target fatloss. Most men store fat in the gut/love handles so your not alone. Really all you can do is make diet and exercise adjustments in order to lower the amount of calories you are taking in or increase the amount you are expending. Take some starting measurements, make a few small adjustments, and then keep track of your progress to see if any other changes need to be made. Eventually you should see some results.

Running is a form of cardio...HIIT would probably work the best though.
