Oh, lol, I thought I had posted the same question yesterday but it must not have wen't through!

Ummmm..WHICH interdediate? Intermediate pretty much just refers to weekly periodized when it comes to 5x5's. I'm assuming the "Bill Starr Power Routine" aka "Madcow's"?

In which case wednesday would be a light day and you could do your oh presses then, assuming that you are prioritizintg bench, which I could safely assume, lol. Just do them at a reduced volume...even 2x5 if you're comfortable.

Actually I would wholeheartedly suggest you do dumbell overhead presses on that day instead of military press.

But I still really don't know what the plan of attack is.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Nah, that's ok, I just know a few more dozen ways of organizing a 5x5 than most

I would do the pullups on Friday.

I would also suggest not following the progresson outline to a T since I personally think they're are more efficient ways to progress than this constant intensity cycling which has you backpedalling for weeks on end trying to get water out of stone.

It's up to you. If you post a journal I can more effectively make suggestions.
