Default Which rows?

I've been doing JS rows, and have been getting better at them, and have noticed my back getting wider, especially when I flex, so the philosophy that your back's the hardest to train doesn't seem to be a factor for me.

The meat-and-potatoes is, should I keep doing JS's, or try assisted pullups? I've considered switching between the two.

Why just one?

I think the idea that the back is hardest to train was started by the typical gym-rats who hardly train it .

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I agree do both. But don't stop there - do some One Arm Rows , bent over bb rows , Deadlifts , cable rows...etc .
