Default Running on Shin Splints...

I get shin splints, if you don’t get them then I can’t describe the pain, if you do get them I needn't bother.
Anyway I found that running on a treadmill that has elevation adjustment and setting the deck to a high elevation it helps in preventing shin splints.
The foot doesn’t have to pivot forward as much.
Also good stretching exercises helps too.
-Hope this helps. Pete.
