Default Running on sore legs? Should I?

Hi, y'all. I did mostly legs last night, and I didn't do cardio, but it is too soon if I do cardio tonight? My legs are slightly sore, mostly in the glutes, some in the quads, and a bit in the hams. When I run, I do about two miles on a treadmill, using the HIIT technique. Thanks in advance.
