Default Olympic Lifting + Power Lifting

After a post which i read on bb.com i've become very interested in olympic lifitng...

So, i came up with this routine (no, this is MINE - not someone elses ) and i'd like your views on it..

i know i'm doing ovt right now... but i still wanna know because i plan on starting it as soon as i finsh the 1 week "deloading" period after ovt..

The Routine

Workout #1
1.) A2G Squats 3x5
2.) Flat Bench Press 3x5
3.) Clean and Jerk 3x5

Workout #2
1.) Barbell Deadlift / Barbell Rows 1x5 to be alternated every workout
2.) Overhead Squats 3x5
3.) Chin-Ups / Lat Pull Down 3x5 to be alternated every workout
4.) Clean and Press 3x5

Week 1

Monday = Workout #1

Wednesday = Workout #2

Friday = Workout #1

Week 2

Monday = Workout #2

Wedneesday = Workout #1

Friday = Workout #2

and so and so forth

as you can see, i've been inspired by Mark Rippettoe..

so, the rules are simple:

1.) Warm-up for each exercise using several sets before you hit the required work sets
2.) Add weight to the bar almost every workout but remember to maintain proper form
3.) Do direct arm work only on Workout #1 because it has the least number of sets between the two workouts
4.) Do abdominals on the off days
5.) Do not change routine before 6-8 weeks (this one is for me actually )

there, thats my program...

how does it look...?
