Default Setting Goals

Here's a little challege for all you guys.

In fourteen weeks I have this little reunion to go to. I want to set some realistic goals for myself and haven't found anything online to estimate a good workable goal.

I work Shoulders, Tris, and Bis together. Legs. Then work chest and back together. Three days. Then repeat. No lifting on Sundays.

Cardio is every morning at 5:00 AM. Usually 25-30 minutes HIT followed by five two-minute rounds jumping rope.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, I ride my bike for about and hour. I live in the deep South, so no hills or mountains...just plain flat riding.

I eat relatively clean, Limited fat, no fried, etc.

No supplements. If my body can't produce enough HGH and Testosterone on its own then what's the purpose. I do take multi-vitamins and Designer Protein as insurance.

What should I realisticly be able to set as a goal for 14 weeks from now? How much muscle mass can I realisticly estimate to gain and how much fat can I realisticly estimate to lose? I realize there are a lot more variables, but I just want an estimate...something to shoot for.
