I need substitutions I can do at home, and I don't have any machines :/
People suggested the following:
assisted pullups- Lat pulldown
upright rows- dumbbel rows
tricep assisted dips- bench dips
machine bicep curl- barbell curls
machine tricep extension- lying dumbbell tricep extensions
Should I go with that?
