Hi all, My name is Jonny and I am new to this forum.

I joined to see if I could get any advice / tips from others interested in body building and fitness in general.

I am 25 and have been going to the gym "on and off" for a few years now, however have not really taken it too seriously.

I now want to really get going, get fitter, bigger and stronger but am at a bit of a loose end where to start.

as mentioned I have been going to the gym for a few years, however progress seems very very slow and I feel like I am not getting anywhere - which is what I want to change, I want to start progressing and seeing and feeling results.

if anyone could help me / point in the right direction to the best way of progressing and developing, i.e. amount of time needed in the gym, areas to concentrate on etc etc.... any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jonny.

Welcome to the site, I do not think you could have found a better one for getting quality help and advice. In order to better tailor a response we need to know a little bit more about you. If you could post up your stats (height, weight, etc), current routine (down to the weight, number of sets/reps) and diet we will be better able to help you achieve your goals.
