Rounded shoulders refers to your just that, your shoulders rounding forward.

Internally rotated humeri refers to your arms, more or less. The way to tell is by standing with your arms at your side. If your palms face towards your thigh then they're not rotated, if your palms face more towards the back of you then they are internally rotated.

Rounded shoulders is a pec, scapula sort of deal whereas internally rotated humerii is an internal rotator/external rotator deal.

mean for internally rotated humerii ,more work on external rotators?
am i right?
