Default simple bulk routine, need feedback

MON


DL 4*6
row 4*6
w.pullups 3*5
curls 4*6,8,10,12
crunches 3x


WED

w.dips 4*6
military press 4*6
inc db press 3*6
skulls 4*8,10,12,14

FRI

Front squat 5*5
Bulgarians + added ROM 4*10
Leg curls 3*10
hanging legr aises 3*12





what do you think? need to bulk

My suggestion would be to start by throwing out the crunches. They may be one of the most useless core exercises there is. There are much better core exercises. Do planks, both front and side.

Hanging leg raises are also a great ab exercises I've been using.

I usually add shoulders to leg day to have more exercises per body part but this looks pretty good. I agree with droppin the crunches.

I absolutely love Knees In, seated on a flat bench and Incline Crunches done with a weight plate. Nice and simple routine, good stuff.
