Diet is more important than training. You don't have to train abs to get a six pack. Cutting diets are the way to go.

Watch tv.. They have all these cool things like body by jake, the total gym, the ab lounger and just about every other BS invention known to man. Eat a minimum of 6000 calories per day and make sure most of your calories come from capn' crunch.. Seriously though.. Its impossible, just grap a bud and dive right into the next football game!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I was being a jerk.. Its not impossible. Get your diet in order. It just takes time.

I was joking.. But this question is asked WAY to often. Not to mention the fact that 99% of the people who come here ask one question and never return. Even if you give them an honest answer. It was a joke. But I could have just said go to bodybuilding.com just to get my post count up...

Getting six pack abs isn't only about making workouts. It requires cardio training, abs exercises and correct eating behavior. You must have serious attitude to training program.
