Default Slated's Review Of EXOFORCE's Performance Compression Shirt

I was not paid for this and do not work for them, I'm an ergo rep anyways. It's just my review.

Before begining my review of My EXOFORCE, I read a few studies done by Penn State and Ball State Unviersities to better understand how and why compression clothing works. I was very impressed in the way compression affects vasodilation. Penn State confirmed in their study that compression "helps the muscle pumping action on the cardiovascular system to remove lactic acid from the muscles being exercised."

I had often seen powerlifters wearing types of compression shirts while lifting. I was never interested in them however, due to how restrictive they appeared. I just couldn't see myself being able to work each upper body muscle group while wearing one. Exoforce's product provides higher levels of compression than many of the brand name training shirts, while still allowing the skin to breath and release moisture.

When my shirt first arrived, I couldn't believe how light it was. The 'fabric' was unlike any I had felt before, and I couldn't wait to try it on. Once I put it on, I could immediately feel the radial compression being equal across my entire upper body. The zipper on the side allows it to be easily put on, while providing a tighter fit than if it were not there. I was really suprised that I was unable to feel the zipper while wearing it.

Ball State found that compression increases skin temperature and that it could both increase performance and reduce injury. I could immediately notice my muscles feeling 'warmed up' yet my skin was still able to breath.

*MY first workout wearing the shirt was Chest. I was very excited. The compression made me feel and appear a bit smaller, but also made me feel a bit of a pump. After my first warm up set, I felt capable of hitting my next set without as much rest between sets. This continued through the entire workout. I felt more stable under heavier weights, and confident pushing and addition rep or to without assistance.

I kept looking in the mirror between sets and thought I looked a bit smaller, but I was lifting heavier and stronger while feeling much more stable and powerful. I loved feeling ready to hit another set after such short rest times, and still maintaining my reps and strength.

Once I finished my workout, it was very obvious that I had one heck of a pump going, as it was a little difficult to remove. Once I had the shirt off, and looked in the mirror, I was amazed. I had a better pump than I had ever seen on me. Veins, veins, and more veins. I felt huge. My entire body felt incredible.

Since then, I've worn the shirt for every workout and seen improvements in strength and endurance for each bodypart. At first I was leary because of the price, but when I realized that it's the same as a pair of sneakers or a stack of 3 supps, and the fact that there is a 90 day money back guarantee, I knew it was worth a shot.

I will not be returning my shirt! This has given me better results in a shorter time than any supplement other than PH/PSs. It's definately one of the best bodybuilding purchases I've ever made. It's very durable and stood up to multiple washingings and still feels brand new.

I can not recommend this high enough for anyone who wants to make real progress in their training. There's nothing else on the market like it, and with the 90 day money back Guarantee, you can't go wrong.

Young or old, especially if you're young and your parents don't like you taking supplements, this is something you have to get.

I've been reading up on university studies and am more than happy to try to answer the questions I can.

Time to break out the Gary Fisher since it's so nice out.

I'm going to wear my EXOFORCE just to see what it's like after ten miles on a bike and if there's any discomfort.

The reason behind this; Many people go to the gym and do cardio and resistance training back to back. Unless they plan to change clothes... You get my point.

I have returned from my brisk (50 degrees) and breezy trek along the northern Lake Michigan shoreline.

I was really suprised how warm the shirt kept me, despite the fact I could still feel the breeze passing through it. The compression really warms the muscles and keeps the skin like leather.

I had a reduction in arm soreness as well despite the rolling hills along the shore.

Great ride, no chafing

here's a pair of pics from when I got home.

Presenting.... da da dum Gimp leg himself: In all his glory!
