Dude, you don't have to have a digital camera! I do it with a poloroid. Or you could get a disposable one and get it developed later. Just so long as you have something showing your progression.

Ok today this is what I ate:

Breakfast: Chicken, egg, and cheese bagel with a large fruitcup and a cinnamon cluster and an orange juice. All from Chick Fil A ;)

Lunch: 3 fish filets, baby carrots, baked potato, salad.

Dinner: Banana, cauliflower, vegetarian soy sausage wrapped with one slice of cheese in tortilla wrap (each sausage has 8 g of protein), hamburger with piece of cheese on it and thats it, green beans. I was going to eat just a burger by itself but I couldn't.

Is this going good?

Well man, for EVERYTHING break down. For example how much chicken you have as far as ounces "Chicken" doesn't do me much good. "Egg" does but only if you had one egg, since the word egg is singular. Just make sure you keeping track of the proportions as well as the foods, and the time would be nice too, just to see how far apart your eating.

Tommorow follow these exact recommendations, THEN go back and do what I told you. WE NEED TO KNOW HOW MUCH OF EVERYTHING. THEN you go back and break everything down as far as calories, protien, fat, carbs.

Yeah, it looks like you ate a lot more than you have before... good job. One thing I noticed though, most of the food you ate could really be high in fat. If you have the option, only eat the egg white and not the yolk. If you are going to eat sausage, wrap it in a paper towel to get rid of some of the greese (and 8g of protein isn't very much, a 6 oz chicken breast is close to 30g which is what you need). The burger you could have done without. It's good protein, but loaded with fat. Cheese is good for you, but in moderation. If you are going to eat a lot of cheese in one day, stick with lowfat cottage cheese. It's really low in calories and fat and good for protein as a quick snack, and it won't constipate you like regular cheese will. How big was the bagel? I'm sure it was probably white bread too, wasn't it? Try to start incorporating whole grain breads in your diet. And limit them during the day. Usually I'll only eat 2 slices of LIGHT whole wheat bread a day max. You're going to be getting lots of carbs from fruits and vegetables, so you dont' want to overdue the bread if you don't have to. And try if you can to eat protein in between meals. Don't give up.

Which part is the egg white? How do I do that? And that sausage was vegetarian like I said. I don't eat pork because of my religious beliefs.

This morning I ate: 2 eggs, 7 strawberries, banana, 4 vegetarian sausage links (that' s different), cup of juice.

OK going good so far man, just make sure you continue to do that. Then when you are done you go on a website like fitday.com or something similiar and see the nutritional breakdown of eat food, and add up the protien, fat, carbs, and calories to see where you stand as far as that.

The egg white is the part of the egg that isnt yellow. You dont eat pork thats completely fine. Like I said continue to do what your are doing just keep track of things.

If I only eat the egg white that is barely anything though? You would have to eat a lot of eggs and that is kind of a waste?

I got off work at 4:30 and I ate this at Chick-Fil-A:

One of our Chargrilled salads which is big, a medium fruitcup, and two chargrilled sandwiches with one consisting of only provolone cheese and lettuce and the other one just with lettuce.

I was stuffed after that.

Yolk = Fat
White = Protein
That's why we said to take it out and only eat the white. Eat about three whites for a serving. As for the meal you ate once you got off of work...excellent. I think you're starting to get the picture. But remember what I said about the extra bread. If you can avoid it... which you could have. Just eat the chicken breast by itself. You took in a daily serving (and maybe even more) just in that one sitting. Keep it up though. Oh, and make sure to keep working out when you eat like this because if not you'll start getting those love handles again

I don't see eating only the egg whites as kind of a waste, eggs are cheap as all hell. I have 12 for breakfast Go to a store where they sell things in bulk (costco, price club, etc.) you can get like 7 and 1/2 dozen for $7 just about $1 a day on eggs which is pretty cheap considering the amount of protien you get from it.

Now just go back and calculate the totals for everything that your ate. Calories, protien, carbohydrates, fat, and then you can see where you stand.
