At the level you are eating at people are getting way ahead of themselves. You're eating two eggs or something so don't throw away the yolks along with around 5 grams of protein and CALORIES. If you're eating 8 eggs or a dozen eggs...then I can see doing away with some of the yolk.

I don't know why I'm posing here again. I guess I'm just THAT KIND of BEAR. You want to gain MASS. Well, Jenny Craig and MASS don't mix. At this point, while, low or mid GI carbs would be great, you do not want to be avoiding carbohydrates cuz you don't have the perfect one. You NEED carbs. You NEED fat. If you were to look at the nutrition stickies and come up with a base calorie amount and your macronutrient ratios you would find that you were still WAY below what you need and if at this point you worry about some egg yolks or a piece of bread then you are sabatoging your efforts to gain appreciable amounts of muscle.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Well it sounds like some of you are contradicting each other so who do I listen to?

Listen...because this is my last post in this thread. Eat! check the stickies, but I'd recommend you get 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body mass (150lbs = 225-300grams protein daily) and roughly match that for carbs. I'm at 190lbs 15%BF and I'm intaking P 325 F 125 C 450 with a daily intake of 5000+ calories per day split up between 8 meals and 5 shakes. I don't expect you to match my numbers or anything but now you have a detailed example of what your shit should look like. If you can't eat enough then start to forcefeed small portions at the end of each meal and you will build up your eating capacity...its how I did it and I still have to do it at times. Goodluck. Kane Out!

Also, one more thing. My buddy invited me to go to the GNC store with him today so what kind of stuff should I try looking to buy? I have tried the Whey protein and it didn't real work for me probably because I was not having a good diet like I am now. Should I try buying creatine in capsules?

Thanks.

creatine capsules tend to be overpriced. generally I would recommend pure creatine monohydride powder because it is cost effective. Mix it with dextrose powder or at the very least grape juice. GNC isn't the best of nutrition stores, but they do carry ON whey protein... if you dont want to order online that is the best they sell for post workout shakes.
