^^^ i agree... its odd that your feeling soo run-down and tired, and as eric said, the possible factors could be:
1.) lack of sleep
2.) lack of proper adequate nutrition
3.) dehydration

I would say see a doctor about the tired thing, because we can only make suggestions here, and we are not meant to replace a doctor. My guesses on the feeling tired would be the same points that Anuj mentioned. If you are gettin 8 or more hours of sleep a night then I would say it would be lack of proper nutrition (when you eat correctly, your body tends to work ALOT better) Dehydration could also be anther factor, with all of your tennis with the running and all how much water are you drinking on a daily basis? Make sure to read anuj's previous post on training....and then read it again...and maybe a 3rd time to make sure u get all of it

Yeah, I only get like 7 hours of sleep and I am trying to drink a lot more water now.

Ok, also, I am sorry about the conflicting goals. What I want is to be able to take off my shirt and girls to look at me and say he is hot, and has a nice body. I have a girlfriend, but I want to be eye appealing. I want to just have good looking muscles in every category of my body. I want this so bad. You have no idea. Does that make more sense now for my goal?

you know, i am really disturbed by what you just said..... why are you doing this just for chicks...? do you think that without the body the rest of you is shit and no chick will look at...? do you think all bb'ers are strong..? nope... what do you want to be..?: look strong and be weak (all show no go), look weak but be really strong (all go no show) or look strong and be strong (all show all go)...?

IMHO, you should go for a more strength oriented program because you'll get some mass on the side...

the thing is, i have this feeling your in for this only for a short time period.. most of us out here take weightlifting as a lifestyle... its not a compulsion or a time-table kinda routine.. its what we do... guys like Eric3237, 0311 and ChinpieceDave667 are experts at this game....

the reason why nobody is really helping you out (and that'll change soon) is because your not making any effort from your side... how have you taken the advice i gave you....? what did you do with it...

amd PLEASE dont be so obsessed with chicks liking you for your body..!! it looks like your suffering from an inferiority complex...

you want to do a program that'll make you look real good in no time..? then here you go.. its a program by Christian Thibaudeau.. hopefully, you'll like it...

i dont have the original link to the program on t-naion so this will have to do

I weigh 145 lbs. and it just seems I can't gain muscle. Pretty much the only things I do are those ones that I have listed for the past year, and I eat kinda bad. I eat a lot of junk food it seems. Nothing really for breakfast, and pretty much one full meal a day.
If you cannot mix a some hardcore tennis playing and weightlifting, then you're at an impass and need to pick one or the other. Either you want to look good naked or you like to hit a rubber ball over a net. You're choice. You said tennis makes your body ache, so you cannot do both.

Nutrition is 90% of the work. If you cannot at least maintain a healthy eating lifestyle, then you body will never come close to changing.

No, what I am saying is I know friends who eat junk food and they have a great body.
Apparently, they must have good genetics compared to you. Not to be harsh, but thinking you can look like your friends eating the way they do is like me saying, "If I eat MacDonalds for my three squares a day, I'll drop some bodyfat." Some of my buddies in the Marines did just that because they were naturally bone skinny. I could never do that.

I'll also add that posting your same questions and responses in a hundred other forums (like bb.com) won't change the concensus that your diet leaves much to be desired and sometimes you need to work through a little body ache from playing tennis.

No, I am not in this for a short period of time. I am in this for a lifetime, I promise. I want this so bad. I need someone to give me a program, and I still haven't got one. I have been studying and doing my homework but what I am asking for is someone to help me out with which specific exercises to do on what specific days. Please guys.

First off your diet needs some severe tweaking. You did not mention how tall you are so I am going to assume it is in proportion to your weight. That being said @ 19 your body needs carbs and protein like crazy. I mean quality carbs and protein, you need to start with a quality weight gainer to supplement your diet and the key word is supplement!
You still need to eat quality whole foods in the proper amounts. Try starting off with this, take your body weight multiply by 17 then divide by six. That will be the magic number to start off with. What I am trying to say is you need to eat 411 calories six times a day.
Break that down to 35% protein, 45% carbs, 20% fat. Make that fats good fats and make the carbs clean carbs. You can have cheat days on your diet but make it one day and one day only. Your diet will make up 90% of your progress. If anyone doubts that they are severely misled. I work in construction and some of my laborers would look like Arnold if they had a clean diet instead Carls Jr and Coors light. Now your workout will depend on you but you should look at starting off working out 4 times a week. It should look something like this…………
Monday Deadlift/Back
Deadlift
Stiff leg deadlift
Barbell shrugs
One-arm rows
Lat pulldowns
Wednesday Bench press/Chest + Arms
Flat Bench
Narrow grip bench press
Incline Bench Press
Tricep press down
One arm tricep Ext.
Straight Bar Curls
Hammer Curls
Friday Squat/Legs
Squat
Leg extensions
Leg Curls
Seated Cave raises
Standing Calve raises
Saturday Behind the Neck Press/Shoulders
BTN
Front D.Bell Raises
Lat. D.Bell Raises
Rear D.Bell Raises
If you need some help on the amount of weight and number of reps let me know.
This should be a good start for you. You should be able to gain between .75 to 1lb per week if you eat properly like I said your diet is the #1 factor then the gym then SLEEP!
If after one month of a HONEST diet you do not gain any lean mass up your calories by 400 and then keep check. You do not want to start gaining too much it will only be unwanted fat. Let me know if this helps you at all.
