What's the difference between the Pendlay row and a JS row?

Pretty much the name. They're the same movement as far as I know.

They are pretty much the same movement as far as I know as well. I'm sure Eric or one of the others will be able to identify differences if any.

Even if there was a difference, I'd be wasting my time writing about it. I've covered it before anyways

Search Pendlay Row on youtube and I'm doing it like pretty much any of those vids. They keep their back much more still so the movement is focused on the upper back. I do not stand up at all when I row.

If anyone can tell me how to put up a vid from youtube on here then I will get an example.

Well that is the style of row I have been doing. Very strict lower back movement and posture. So that is a P.Row as well?

Yep. Pendlay Row, JS Row, they're essentially the same thing. And that's it. A flatter back, with a deload to the floor between reps.
