Default Started 5x5 today!

I decided to mix things up a bit and tackle 5x5 for a few weeks. I've read Starr's fantastic info and feel at least knowledgeable enough to start with it. I started reading up on it after seeing the sticky, so thanx to 0311 for posting it.

The low-reps make it attractive because it makes me feel like I can take on more. The scaling up during the sets makes me push myself with more weight. So, I really like the plan overall. I'm spending more time in the squat rack, which is a good thing and I just *feel* better afterwards.

Great program!

Best of luck with it!

I made pretty good progress while I was doing it. Plus I just loved squatting 3 x a week!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing the results with this. Overall, I'm happy with where I'm at, but I just needed a change of pace. Plus, I like the ramping - thats not something that I've really worked with before, so it's kinda cool.

I'll keep you guys posted.
