Stay lean&muscular
Hello .
Im not intrested in bulking/cutting
Instead I want to stay lean and muscular all year round.
Gym workout 3-4 a week, 3 cardio sessions.
How to do, calorie maintance?

You have to calculate your caloric needs and stay within your maintenance needs every day. You can find calorie calculators all over the net.

Don't over think it.. instead spend extra time in the gym to burn off the calories and you'll be fine..
