I have been lifting for about 5 years now. I am 21 5'8" and weigh somewhere around 195 lbs. I do go to the gym on a regular basis maybe about 5 - 6 times a week. I am looking to build strength as well as size. I have separated my workouts into day 1 chest tri, day 2 shoulders, day 3 bi back, day 4 legs cardio. I am looking for a new more hardcore routine. I understand there are probably thousands of posts already but I am looking to start today. I would like to know which would be the best for me and where I can find the complete workout routine. Also I do eat well but I was wondering if there was anything someone recommended as a good muscle building diet.
