For the lat pulldowns and assissted pullups remember that you can always change up your hand positioning.
Tricep assissted dips you can always do my favorite tricep exercise - skull crushers.
For the bicep curls try doing 21's. This is where you do 7 reps half way up (starting from bottom), seven reps half way down (starting from top), and then 7 regular reps of full curls. Do this all in the same set - great muscle shocker.
Machine tricep extensions - Kickbacks, where you are on all fours, have your elbow at your side, and extend to a 180 degree angle. Make sure to use light weights and do these correctly.
