Gonna take a while to look like Roy Jones Jr. though...
I wont call that slim considering his age. He is only fifteen dude, most 15 yr olds I know are trying to join the 100 pound club.

Guys, height and weight really do not give you an accurate estimate at all. Wasn't Arnold aprox. 6'3 245lbs in his prime? Conan O'Brien is 6'4 225lbs. It all depends on how those pounds are packed on. I've met guys that were my height and weight, and as soft as the Pilsbury Dough Boy. I've also met guys my size and weight that looked bigger than me.

Can't just go by raw stats.

Thumbs up You've got it...

In my opinion, based on your photo's and what you've stated, if you keep lifting, eating lots of whole/healthy foods, and keep up your athletics, and basically only up your abdominal work-out (both in frequency and intensity), I believe you have the genetics to have Roy's body, only on your taller frame.

You have a very good base to work with, and infact, I can sort of see why you picked Jones to model yourself after, your body shape is somewhat similar.

You should strive to work towards his ab routine, but pretty much keep everything else the same that you do now. Your goal is definately doable. Not everybody has the body composition to have abs like Roy, but I believe you probably do. Let me know if I can help in anyway.

Good luck bro,

Raven

Thumbs down E-a-s-y.......

The dude's 15, he could pack on 20 lbs by next year just due to growth.

I went from 5'6 165lbs at age 11 to 6'0 184 lbs by age 12. By the time I was 16 I was 6'4 230ish. He has a good base. A little positive re-inforcement would be nice here guys. If Killian "has a good base" which I recall him hearing from several people, than this guy is Dorian Yates jr. (no offence Killian)
