Emc...Tom Platz is generally considered to have the most muscular set of legs on the planet (or did at one time). They call/called him "Quadzilla". Taurus was just making a joke (Hey, not every Canadian can be as funny as Jim Carey, but he tries )

As far as how much you are benching, there is no amount that is "not good" or bad, there is only how much you are currently doing, and whether or not you are working towards doing better. I've had training partners that started out with very small poundage and incriments, but they were stubborn and set goals to continue to improve. That's more important than how much you are currently lifting.

You aren't small for a 15 year old, there just happens to be some genetic monsters on this website (I'm only half genetic monster)

There are some good threads with training journals that you can post your usual routines to get some advice.

Personally, I think upping your protein intake, doing your increased ab work out (ala Jones Jr) and continuing with what you are doing is fine. You might not want to bother with any extra cardio routines, since you are normally active with sports and do not really require any.

Anybody else have some tips?
