Default Superset

Hi guys!! I'm new to the forum! It found out very nice and well organized, so I decided to submit!!!
I'm writing to ask you a few question about training methods, especially about Supersets (as the title suggests), and possibly to build a good conversation about 'em!

I would start telling you that my gym is a very "natural" gym....no machines or anything like that, because the trainer's philosophy and preparation (which is amazing, in fact, since he has at least 17 different study certifications) suggest that the training must be intense, every session must be a max of 45 mins, and all with free weights....so no machine are required! Lots of different people had great results! The point is that people in there are very close-minded!

I'm telling you that because I'm afraid I've reached a so called "plateau" using classic straight-set strength (4-6 reps) method!
So I decided to switch to a endurance training using superset! I'm achieving good results in just 2 weeks...more veins, more muscle, less fat, visible abs, big biceps and so forth. But I'm afraid it is not sufficient, and might turn out to be counter-productive. Anyway, switching to this method means I have been criticezed a lot in there...and that's been very bad for me.

I wanted to hear some thoughts about this method! So let's start talking about what you think of SuperSets!!! Thanks
