Default Swimming

As winter rears its horrid head, my swim season starts. I want to know how long I should wait between swimming and lifting, and what I can do to prevent atrophy of my muscles due to overuse.

Hi guys,,,
Yes,I am a lover of swimming and in it's beginner stage. It is a good exercise for muscles. You have to wait 30 minutes at least to switch over to lifting.Atrophy is a wasting of muscle tissues. You can avoid it by not letting your muscles free for quite some time.
