Default Terrible Head Ache While Working Out?

Hey guys, i was wondering if any of you have encountered a terrible head ache while working out. Today, i started out my back work out by doing some wide grip pull ups. While doing my 2nd set, i started pushing it hard and got a horrible head ache. It was very painful in the back of my head. This has happened to me before and when it did happen in the past, i had head aches on and off for about a month after. I have heard that i might need to stretch my back out because i may be pinching a nerve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that, i completely forgot that i had replied to another thread on this a while back. I just looked at the thread, and i will try and take a week off. I am seeing my sports therapist tomorrow so hopefully she can adjust me and make me all good again.

Dude I got that when I started.... take the week off. Research proper breathing and form.

My mistake was my squat form. Find yours.

There are a couple good threads on it.

Search benign exertional headaches as well.
