Default Throwing up sucks...

I got back into the gym after about a year and a half. After my work out I threw up, why is this? Here is how I started my day...
Woke up at 7am and had 2 Tbs of peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat, then at 8am I had 2 scoops of isopure protien and 1 scoop creatine. Got to the gym around 8:30, worked out chest and after did 15 min eliptical. Towards the end like my last chest work out, my stomach felt upset. When I got home I had 2 throw it all up!
Why would this happen? Am I not use to the supplements anymore?

Creatine can upset your stomach. You could try moving it to after you workout to see if this helps. I think most people take it post workout anyway.

Also, if you haven't worked out for a while and you went really hard your body may not be used to putting out at that high of an intensity level anymore. If this is the case it should go back to normal after a few solid workouts I would imagine.

I find protein can also upset my stomach, so I like to do it with my meals as like a drink on top of water. I do my creatine 45 minutes to an hour before lifting to help prevent vomiting. Also you're just going back into this if you put a lot of stress on right away it could just be it trying to compensate for this sudden trauma.

I find that when I am out of the gym for a while that when I get back if I go too hard it will make me sick. You probably went a little too hard after being out of the gym for so long.
