Default tight back

hey guys, i have a problem. my back has been hurting lately and its not a good pain. Whenever i do any type of large lower body movement, mostly RDL, squats, front squats or deadlifts, it wrenches up to the point where i can barely walk. after a set i must immediately sit down with my feet propped up to take the pressure off it. this pain continues throughout the entire workout, even if i do not do any more lower body lifts, however an hour or so after the workout it feels normal. This has been happening through all sorts of training programs from low rep high weight to high rep low weight, full body, upper-lower splits, ect. I feel like there must be something simple i can do to ease this up a bit, any ideas?
