Default Time spent training.

I usually spend 1:30 to 2 hours working out (including 10-15 mins cardio)

Some guy at the gym walks up to me and goes like, "1:30 to 2 hr is way too long which causes ur muscles to wear out and not grow"

is that true?

what do you do in your training session? 2 hours is ok if you're using like 7 minute rest periods between every set.....or your on the juice.

I would have to know more about your training in order to help you out, but for me I only spend about 45 minutes to an hour max in the gym. I train with high intensity, low to medium volume, and enough rest to keep going.

1.5 to 2 hours, the way I train would kill me sooner rather than later.

Off the soapbox.

over training is very bad and could make u lose strength. I heard people say if you train over one hour u muscles would start eating its self for nutrition.
