Default "tingling feeling"

hey guys, my sister posed an interesting question which i have not been able to find a definite answer to, though i am not sure there is one. She said she has a "tingling feeling" in her legs after working out, which consists of running on the eliptical for 40 min every other day. She said she has been running for the last 2 and a half months so i thought that would rule out anything related to just getting started. She could not further describe the feeling which i know is very vague, but any ideas would be great!

Sounds like a nerve thing. Like a nerve being compressed or something.

I guess impaired blood flow could produce a feeling like that. But I'm kinda guessing that a person with vascular issues would also have a lot of weakness.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
