Talking Tips?

Im 18 years old, 6 ft 220, i just started my loading stage with creatine mono (adding dex) and i also drink whey protein. My idea is to lose the fat around mainly my midsection(chest-stomach-lovehandles), while training to become stronger. My routine go as follows... I go to the gym once a day. Ill do legs, bi's/tri's, chest, shoulders/back in a matter of 4 days and ill mix the routine up.I will also play a few games of basketball before my workouts in place or cardio. Im looking for some ideas, tips on what sort of diet i should try, when to drink the creatine/protien, and anything else you guys think would help me out.

cut out any/all simple carbs. if you wanna lose the spare tire you gotta get your body more sensative to insulin (smart diet and lots of cardio). read up on macronutriet timing and consider something like yohimbine to help with the estrogen related fat deposits

You may want to consider a CKD diet. I wouldn't do basketball and then hit the gym right away if possible. It's best to seperate cardio oand weights by at least 6 hrs if possible. You can have a whey creatine drink right before you train and a whey creatine dex drink right after your done. I would do legs on a day by it self. I will ususally train shoulder and traps on another day and then either back/bi's or back/tri's what ever you like and the chest/bi's or chest'tri's on the other day. Keep your routine consistant for at lest 6-8 weeks before you mix it up.
