Since I already posted on your other thread I figured I would post on this one too lol. You said you wanted tips for a diet. Well any cutting diet will work. You just have to make sure you are under your maintenance caloric needs. Check out bodybuilding.com They have a lot of cutting diet plans and calorie calculators. Hope that helped.

Its all diet dude...get your bf% below about 10% or so and you'll start to see your 6 pack...also doing core workouts wont hurt, that'll make your abs look better/more defined and all but diet is key for abs

To get a sixpack, you first need to excercise your abs, lowering bodyfat does work, but lets face it, you dont wanna have just ribs coming visible after you reduce bf%. You can find good excercises to abs from

Everything said so far. Punish your abs, don't skimp on your cardio and get your diet in order. I'm 52 years old. If I can do it you can too..

It's all a matter of low body fat. Get it low enough and you'll see them. How low you'll need to go depends on genetics and some other factors. ECA stack and Yohimbine can help but it's all about negative calorie balance.
