Alright well I changed it to this..I'm not really following someone else's routine, so..

300 crunches
20 back dumbbell rows - 3 Sets (each arm)
20 tricep kickbacks - 3 sets (each arm)
10 reps of bench press - 3 sets
10 barbell curls - 3 sets
10 reverse barbell curls - 3 sets

And the ten rep ones have more weight, obviously. Is that going to work out better?

by that do you mean you refuse to follow a tried and true program simply because it's someone else's design???

LOL.. OK, let me get this strait, YOU want OUR advice about your workout but you only want to do a workout your way. mmmm. Do you not see the problem with that logic.

well, since you choose not to work your legs, hips, glutes or lower back you will never reach anywhere near your full size potential in any of your muscles.

I do though, running does plenty for your legs and such, right?

wow... um.. Please read the stickies at the top of the training and nutrition forums.

Read everything you can. If you don't do any Lifting with your legs you will not only look weird but you will never be as big as you can be, and by lifting I mean SQUATS.

PS. if you have to ask why squats are so important, that means you didn't read the stickies and/or articles.

I don't want to knit-pick but....

300 crunches is not going to do anything except burn.

20 reps for 3 sets means you're using those little pink dumbbells that girls use while jogging.

I also don't see squats, deads, any lat/glute/ham/calf/deltoid/trapezius/lower back..All I see is arms, arms, benchpress, arms, arms. At least put bench first! You always keep the heaviest movements at the beginning of the workout.

You won't grow an inch doing this because you haven't got the basics of mass building. GO DIRECTLY TO THE STICKIES, DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200!

Alright you guys don't have to keep repeating each other..
I guess I just want it faster some how, and didn't want to realize I couldn't?
Well, thanks, I'll try the other stuff now.
