supplements arent necessary, and more the matter of convenience.
but flax oil would be my weapon of choice. it all comes down to how good your diet is.

I dont know if u are aware, u are older than me by only 25 yrs. I wont call u old, I call my dad old, he is 62. Sorry I went off topic, but my opinion is that I am never too old for anything.
