Hey guys and gals, My name is Casey and I just registered today. I'm starting a bodybuilding program for the first time. I downloaded a proven routine from Shawn LeBrun called get huge and shredded.
Like I say this is all new to me and I need as much help as possible.
I'm 5'6 and weigh 145 lbs. I'm not a bean pole and I think my arms, etc, are decent considering I have never lifted weights. I have little gut that I hate and I want so much to get ripped and pack on muscle mass. I think the shawn Lebrun routine is good, however I'm confusted on what and how much to eat. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
