Default Training Cardio question

To gain more mass I have been undertaking a bulking diet and i have made some more progress, but i have also visibly gained more fat. I do cardio once a week for about 30-40 min. I was wondering if its a good idea to do cardio while being sore and recuperating from a workout, my main concern is that i might be burning calories that my body could have used to build mass. I understand that bodybuilders have off season and seasonal weights where they bulk up and then get cut for competitions, but im no bodybuilder so i want to be able to maintain a decent fat percentage while gaining mass.
Workouts: Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun cardio on tuesday.
Since i was limited by school, i couldnt workout as much as i would have liked. But with spring break, i am gonna have the equilvilant of three weeks worth of gym time in the next 10 days. Fri sat sun i have planned workouts and splits, but wed is just like a free day. Im gonna have plenty of meals so i was wondering if anyone could gimme some advice on how to fit cardio in. Thanks
