Default Training for Endurance

I'm beginning to train pretty hard not necessarily fat loss but for my cardiovascular endurance. What is more effective? Running/Swimming for long periods of time (30 - 45 min) or alternating short sprints and short rests.

Default Training for Endurance

Hi Eddie! I would suggest circuit training to improve stamina and endurance. After a lot of research on the internet I ordered Bodylastics resistance bands. I've been following circuit training for a few months. It develops strength and edurance and I can feel the difference.
