Default Training Help....

Hello everyone, my name is Mike. I just about a month ago got into bodybuilding. I've been doing the whole 3 sets 10 reps MWF whole body thing. I went to the doctor to get a checkup before I got started and he sent me for blood work. It turns out my cholesterol is not that good. A little bit about me. I'm 5"7 177 pounds. I have very very mild cerebral palsy. I think I am an ectomorph....(you can see my ribs when I don't have a shirt on), but I have a beer gut, but it’s not from beer. My doctor told me to run 1 mile every day and not to gain anymore weight. My question is what do I do with my weightlifting routine, when I would like to get that ripped look, but still follow my doctor’s orders....

Diet and exercise should help increase HDL and decrease LDL.
