Default Training schedule that worked for you

What is the training schedule that worked best for you.
What i mean is, do you only train 3 times a week, 6 times a week ... more?

I used to train monday to Saturday, hitting twice a week every muscle, i gain kind of solid results, could be better if i took best care of my diet.
