Default trying to get back in the gym

Hey guys, Im 23 years old and have been lifting pretty steady for about 6 years.. I am 6'1" about 210. When i started lifintg i weighed about 180. when i was in the weightroom for 2 hours a day i got up to 225 pretty lean. I recently broke my foot so i couldnt get to the weightroom. Well i finally got the cast off and am feeling pretty good and i need a new routine to go by.. I always just did the chest tris abs together-- bis, back, then shoulders abs alllll week long.. got borning and not seeing many gains.. so now i wanna try to get a lean 220 with good mass with a whole new workout.. if anyone knows some good ones to look at instead of the same boring one i have been doing forever please let me know.. thanks guys

I'd look into a full body routine like starting strength or stronglifts 5x5. Focus on development of your squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bent over rows, pullups, and presses. Once you get those lifts up where they need to be it's time for periodization.

I'd definitely work on the legs--do some squats or front squats. Add in some leg press, too (maybe after the squats). You may also want to throw some deadlifting into your routine. Hard to go wrong with squat and deadlift.
