Default More spread sheets

0311, eat your heart out baby. I'm now the supreme spread sheet guy. Even though I didn't make a single one of these. :o

I thought it would be a good reference for lifters to incorporate power lifting ideas into there regiment.

Nice! However, most of them are for figuring out your weight per day (precalculated) such as Smolov Squats, which is one of the hardest programs I've ever seen. Mine's more for keeping track of what you can do!

ha ha.. no man... i made a post earleir on with links to all his routines.. .then i noticed this thread talking about spreadsheets... so i decided to chip all my stuff here...

i also have 15.00 mb wrth of christian thibeadeau's articles (actually each and every single article he has ever written).. but thats too big a file to upload... so i settled for waterbury instead...

no, u see: i keep using Chad Waterbury as a reference coz he's like one of the only coaches i've read about.. don owrry though: by the end of this week, i'll have gone throug each and every 1 of christian thibeadeau's articles...

then i'll join CT's fanclub - for a while...
