updated... spreadhseets of all of CW Programs has been attached

barbarianway 06-07-2006 06:52 PM

All of these programs will work as long as they are done like the author as prescribed and most importantly done at the proper intensity...

The question is how long will it take before your body adapts...?

I really like Alwyn Cosgrove's Undulating Periodization Program...cycles a variety of rep ranges every workout...I found it at bb.com

Hi,

I want to build strength and power without suffering any ovretraining or other damages, which of the above programmes would be suitable.
